Protective Seal and Return & Refund Policy

Kindly be informed, each machine will come with a Protective Seal effectively immediately.

We would like to notify that the machine is considered used once the Protective Seal has been altered or removed.

Enagic Malaysia Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to reject any returned machine when protective seal has been broken or altered.

Attached is the sample picture of the Protective Seal for your reference.

We would like to inform that such matter is applicable to consignment Unit as well.

It is advisable for distributors not to alter, remove and nullify the protective seal by opening the box until the sales are made.

Together with this email is the Return Refund Policy which has been altered and amended accordingly for your reference. 

Upon notification in writing, such amendments are automatically incorporated as part of the Agreement between Enagic Malaysia Sdn Bhd and distributors.
