TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Schedule for Terms of Participation

1. Organizer:
Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (971103-W) (AJL931978) [“Organizer”]

2. Promotion:
Malaysia Day Promo [“Promotion”]

3. Promotion Period:
Promotion starts at 12:00 midnight on 01/09/2019 and close at 11:59 night on 30/09/2019.

4. Eligibility:
Promotion is open to all valid purchaser of Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd within the promotion period.

5. Methods of Participation:
a. Each Enagic machine you purchase will be eligible for the Promotion. Please refer to the Product Application Form & UKON Application Form (UKON SIGMA only) [“Form”] for a list of Enagic products that qualify for this Promotion. Products not list in the Form is not eligible as products listed for the Promotion.
b. Each Form submitted must be complete with required particulars and must be accompanied by appropriate incidental documents. Incomplete, unreadable, and inaccurate forms will be cancelled.

6. Closing Date of Entry:
All Forms must be accepted by the Organizer and membership’s registration must be completed at or before 11:59 pm on 30/09/2019. All Forms accepted outside of the Promotion Period or failure by the Organizer to complete the membership’s registration for the following factors will be considered automatically cancelled.
a. Delay in receiving cash checks;
b. Invalid check;
c.Payment confirmation delay – DCR, EPP and direct payment (online banking); and/ or
d. Etcetera.

7. Methods of Redemption:
a. All buyers can redeem WATER BOTTLE – 650 ml [“Bottle”] at the time of membership’s registration is complete.
b. Each purchase entitles you to redeem only one (1) Bottle unit.
c. Bottle redemption will be made immediately upon completion of the membership registration process based on machine purchase; self-collection or delivery from the Organizer.
d. Bottle redemption for any Consignment Unit registration is subject to machine purchase; self-collection or delivery from the Organizer. No shipping charges apply to buyers. However, the delivery of the Bottle is only based on the shipping information stated on the Form. If no shipping information is provided, the Organizer reserves the rights to make the delivery without delay based on your residential address.
e. Any changes of address for Bottle redemption is not allowed at all. Bottle redemption address is subject to the machine delivery address.

8. Premium:
a. Each redeemer must ensure that the redeemed Bottle is in good standing at the time of redemption. All redeemable Bottles at Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will not be replaced after the redemption has been completed. Any exchange of Bottles made for shipment must be made within five (5) business days after receiving approval from the Organizer
b. The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to replace the Bottle with another Bottle, at any time without prior notice. All Bottles are provided in “current condition” and cannot be exchanged for credit or other goods.

9. Additional Terms:
All Participants must comply with the terms and conditions of the Organizer and/or providing Bottle and the terms and conditions applicable to the Bottle, if any.

This Schedule for Terms of Participation must be read in full and can be found at https://www.enagic-my.com, collectively called the “Terms and Conditions”, which will be binding on all participants in this Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”, “You”, “Buyers”).
