Schedule for Terms of Participation
1. Organizer:
Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (201101042983) (AJL931978) [“Organizer”]
2. Promotion:
CEO Birthday Shout Out 2020 [“Promotion”]
3. Promotion Period:
Promotion starts at 12:00 midnight on 01/03/2020 and close at 11:59 night on 31/03/2020.
4. Eligibility:
Promotion is open to all distributors;
a. existing purchaser; and
b. new purchaser with every purchase of machine and UKON bought within the promotion period.
5. Methods of Participation:
I. New Purchaser
• Each Enagic machine and UKON you purchase shall entitle you to receive a unit of CEO Post Card [“Post Card”]. Each Post Card will allow you to participate for the Promotion.
• Please refer to the Product Application Form and UKON Application Form [“Form”] for a list of Enagic products that qualify for this Promotion. Products not list in the Form is not eligible as products listed for the Promotion.
• Each Form submitted must be complete with required particulars and must be accompanied by appropriate incidental documents. Incomplete, unreadable, and inaccurate forms will be cancelled.
• Participants are required to upload the his/her picture with the Post Card on Organizer’s Facebook Page with the hashtag #EnagicMy as to qualify to participate for the Promotion.
II. Existing Purchaser
• Each purchaser distributor is entitled for a unit of Post Card in order to participate with the promotion.
• The redemption of the Post Card can only be made at the Organizer’s office during the operating hours.
• Participants are required to upload the his/her picture with the Post Card on Organizer’s Facebook Page with the hashtag #EnagicMy as to qualify to participate for the Promotion.
6. Closing Date of Entry:
I. New Purchaser
All Forms must be accepted by the Organizer and membership’s registration must be completed at or before 11:59 pm on 31/03/2020. All Forms accepted outside of the Promotion Period or failure by the Organizer to complete the membership’s registration for the following factors will be considered automatically cancelled.
i. Delay in receiving cash checks;
ii. Invalid check;
iii. Payment confirmation delay – DCR, EPP and direct payment (online banking); and/ or
iv. Etcetera.
Participants are required to complete the uploading of his/her picture with the Post Card on Organizer’s Facebook Page at or before 11:59 pm on 31/03/2020.
II. Existing Purchaser
The redemption of the Post Card can only be made at the Organizer’s office during the operating hours.

7. Methods of Redemption:
a. Three (3) winners with the highest numbers of likes will be selected on 15/04/2020 and announcement will be made at the Organizer’s Facebook Page.
b. All winners can redeem CEO Birthday Shoutout Set; one (1) unit of Water Bottle – 750 ml and Ohshiro Success Story Book [“CEO Set”] at the time of announcement has been made.
c. Each winner entitles you to redeem only one (1) CEO Set.
d. CEO Set redemption can be made immediately at the time of announcement has been made until 11:59 pm on 30/04/2020
e. The winners have the option to either deliver or proceed with self-collection for the CEO Set redemption without any charge incurred. The delivery of the CEO Set is only based on the shipping information provided by the winners. Winners are required to drop an email towards marketing@enagic-my.com should he/she has decided to proceed with the delivery.
f. Any changes of address for CEO Set redemption is not allowed at all.
8. Premium:
a. Each redeemer must ensure that the redeemed CEO Set is in good standing at the time of redemption. All redeemable Demo Set at Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will not be replaced after the redemption has been completed. Any exchange of CEO Set made for shipment must be made within five (5) business days after receiving approval from the Organizer.
b. The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to replace the Demo Set with another CEO Set, at any time without prior notice. All CEO Set are provided in “current condition” and cannot be exchanged for credit or other goods.
9. Additional Terms:
All Participants must comply with the terms and conditions of the Organizer and/or providing CEO Set and the terms and conditions applicable to the CEO Set, if any.
