NOTICE | Withholding Tax (10%)

Hi Valued Distributors,

Effective from January 1st, 2019, Enagic Malaysia is required to withhold 10% rate of the gross income pursuant to Income Tax Act (ITA).

You are subjected to withholding tax (WHT) under following circumstances:

• non-resident of Malaysia who earn income from Malaysia sales;
• non-resident bearing Malaysia Distributorship Number; and
• Malaysia distributors who earn income from *related countries.

Kindly refer to Commission Department for *related countries*.
