TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Schedule for Terms of Participation

1. Organizer:
   Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (971103-W) (AJL931978) [“Organizer”]
2. Promotion:
   Demo Set [“Promotion”]
3. Promotion Period:
   Promotion starts at 12:00 midnight on 01/10/2019 and close at 11:59 night on 31/10/2019.
4. Eligibility:
   Promotion is open to all purchaser with every purchase of machine and UKON Sigma bought within the promotion period.
5. Methods of Participation:
   1. Each Enagic machine and UKON Sigma you purchase will be eligible for the Promotion. Please refer to the Product Application Form and UKON Application Form [“Form”] for a list of Enagic products that qualify for this Promotion. Products not list in the Form is not eligible as products listed for the Promotion.
   2. This is a Purchase with Purchase (PWP) whereby purchase of this Promotion must be made under the same invoice for any of Enagic products that qualify for this Promotion. Separate purchase (under different invoice) is not permitted for this Promotion.
   3. Each Form submitted must be complete with required particulars and must be accompanied by appropriate incidental documents. Incomplete, unreadable, and inaccurate forms will be cancelled.
6. Closing Date of Entry:
   All Forms must be accepted by the Organizer and membership’s registration must be completed at or before 11:59 pm on 30/10/2019. All Forms accepted outside of the Promotion Period or failure by the Organizer to complete the membership’s registration for the following factors will be considered automatically cancelled.
   1. Delay in receiving cash checks;
   2. Invalid check;
   3. Payment confirmation delay – DCR, EPP and direct payment (online banking); and/ or
   4. Etcetera.
7. Methods of Redemption:
   1. All buyers can redeem Demo Set; one (1) unit of Enagic® Company Profile, Black Spray – 500 ml, Water Bag – 5 liters, pH Tester Kit and Rapid DPD Chlorine Tester (Powder Form) [“Demo Set”] at the time of membership’s registration is complete.
   2. Each purchase entitles you to redeem only one (1) Demo Set.
   3. Demo Set redemption will be made immediately upon completion of the membership registration process based on machine purchase; self-collection or delivery from the Organizer.
   4. Demo Set redemption for any Consignment Unit registration is subject to machine purchase; self-collection or delivery from the Organizer. Exclusive shipping charges apply to buyers. However, the delivery of the Demo Set is only based on the shipping information stated on the Form. If no shipping information is provided, the Organizer reserves the rights to make the delivery without delay based on your residential address.
   5. Exclusive Shipping charges for the Demo Set are as follows:
      • Peninsular Malaysia: MYR 23.00
      • East Malaysia: MYR 30.00
   6. Any changes of address for Demo Set redemption is not allowed at all. Demo Set redemption address is subject to the machine delivery address.
8. Premium:
   1. Each redeemer must ensure that the redeemed Demo Set is in good standing at the time of redemption. All redeemable Demo Set at Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will not be replaced after the redemption has been completed. Any exchange of Demo Set made for shipment must be made within five (5) business days after receiving approval from the Organizer.
   2. The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to replace the Demo Set with another Demo Set, at any time without prior notice. All Demo Set are provided in “current condition” and cannot be exchanged for credit or other goods.
9. Additional Terms:
   All Participants must comply with the terms and conditions of the Organizer and/or providing Demo Set and the terms and conditions applicable to the Demo Set, if any.

This Schedule for Terms of Participation must be read in full and can be found at https://www.enagic-my.com, collectively called the “Terms and Conditions”, which will be binding on all participants in this Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”, “You”, “Buyers”).
