New Collection Policy – Ukon Pick up in Enagic Singapore (MALAYSIA)
Dear Valued Distributors,
Enagic Singapore Pte Ltd has introduced the New Collection Policy which took effect immediately as below:
New Collection Policy
All Machines and Ukon products must be collected within 14 days from the date of purchase. If your order is not collected within this time, Enagic Singapore has the right to allocate those goods to another customer. An administration and store rent fee may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame. All goods that are not collected within the 60 days, will be AUTO FORFEITED, NO REFUND will be allowed and NO COLLECTION will be allowed after that.
Kindly TAKE NOTE that there shall be no penalty imposed should the UKON be collected by May 12th, 2017. However, Enagic Singapore Pte Ltd shall impose administrative and storage fee to the receiver if the collection were to be made within May 13th to May 31st, 2017. The goods shall be forfeited automatically and there shall be no refund and collection allowed after such period.
