New Collection Policy

Dear Valued Distributors:

Enagic Malaysia Sdn Bhd has introduced the New Collection Policy which took effect immediately as below:

All machines must be collected within 14 days from the date of purchase. If your order is not collected within this period, Enagic Malaysia has the right to allocate those goods to another customer.

An administration and storage fee of RM159 may apply in the instance where you fail to collect your goods within the required time frame.

Kindly TAKE NOTE that all machines registered during 2A speedy campaign must be collect within 14 days start from 27th Jan 2018. You are required to make the payment for storage fee total of RM159 for any collection or delivery request effectively from February the 12th onwards.
