Amendments to Documentations

In accordance with the enacted Personal Data Act Protection (PDPA) 2010, Direct Sales Act 1993, and any relevant law in Malaysia, we have amended the Agreement Section to comply with. Purchasers are advised to read and understand the provisions of the agreement before entering into the agreement.

Such amendments have been incorporated into:

• Product Application Form (DISTRIBUTOR)
• Product Application Form (USER)
• Change of User to Distributor Application Form
• Distributor Information Change Form

Any amendment made towards Enagic Policies & Procedures, Terms & Conditions, Rules & Regulations, provisions of agreement and any published facts will automatically incorporated towards the agreement of distributorship.
