It is with great pleasure that we will be hosting our 5th Anniversary Celebration Dinner on October 14th,2017(Saturday) and we would like to invite you to attend.

Venue: Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre (SPCC)
Jalan PJS 11/15, Bandar Sunway, 47500 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Time: 6.00pm – 11.00pm
Early Bird Price: RM 1,000 per table (until Aug 31, 2017)

Onwards Price: RM 1,100 per table

The tables are LIMITED to 200 tables only!
We do not take any reservation without payment and Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to allocate the seating arrangements accordingly.

Payment mode:
1. Transfer and/or Cheque to ENAGIC (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD (Hong Leong Bank 223-00000-162)

2. Credit Card/Debit Card
Fill up the form and provide a credit card (front copy) for further actions.

Kindly submit the payment slip/invoice to marketing@enagic-my.com (Ms. Ain) and your seats are considered as secured upon payment clearance.

Please TAKE NOTE the minimum number of the table you may buy is one (1) table which consists of 10 seats and any individual with any rank may purchase the table.
