E-Payment documentations

Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has made some changes towards our E-Payment documentations in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and Credit Reporting Agency Act 2010 (CRA).

Pursuant to the CRA Act, applicant who opt for E-Payment is required to fill up the Consent Authorization Form as a written consent towards you and CTOS Data System Sdn Bhd (CTOS) to process any of your personal data and to proceed further with your credit/trade checks requests.

Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will not be able to proceed further with credit/trade checks without the Consent Authorization Form.
