In accordance with the enacted Personal Data Act Protection (PDPA) 2010 and in our continuing efforts to ensure the protection of your personal data, we have taken several steps to comply with. We have finalized the Enagic Malaysia Privacy Policy and it come in both English Language and Malay Language. Enagic Malaysia is committed to respect your privacy. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to make the distributors and users aware of our privacy policies and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Enagic Malaysia is responsible to take any prudent steps to ensure that we have sufficient security measures in place to protect and safeguard the confidentiality and security of all personal data. Such steps to include any appropriate procedural and technical steps being introduced by us to protect personal data from any unwanted situation/scenario; accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration or disclosure.
Such procedural and technical steps would include demand of Name and ID Number, Identification Card Number and Copy, Sponsor Name, Authorization Letter and et cetera. This is include but not limited to inquiry about commissions payments, contact details and address details, Genealogy Report and any other inquiries related to Personal Data. You are required to present an Authorization Letter together with a copy of Identification Card of the individual upon submission or requesting for any information of another individual. Enagic Malaysia has the rights to reject any request should you have failed to meet such procedural and technical steps in order to comply with the PDPA.
