Enagic Set of Policies (2nd Edition)

Dear Valued Distributors,

We have published a compiled version of policies (hereafter referred as ‘Enagic Set of Policies – 2nd Edition’) at our Enagic Malaysia Website; www.enagic-my.com on August 1st, 2018. Each Distributor is required to read and understand the provisions of this policies and hereby confirms to be bound by Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd’s Set of Policies (including any amendments thereto which shall be furnished to you from time to time).

The 2nd Edition will be automatically incorporated into agreement effectively in August 1st, 2018.

Enagic Set of Policies – 2nd Edition comprises of Policies & Procedures, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Collection Policy, Delivery Policy and Relevant Regulations under Law of Malaysia. (PENALTIES OF OFFENCES included)

Apart from that, information (policies) in regards to the recently launched UKON products; ‘UKON DD‘ and ‘UKON SIGMA‘ also are included in this Set of Policies.

Any amendment to the Enagic Set of Policies have been made public to our distributors via Enagic Malaysia Website and it is your responsibility to access the website for any update.
