Compliance Notice | Prohibition on making false or fraudulent properties of Enagic’s Strong Acidic Water – pH 2.5

Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd prohibits any distributor from making false or fraudulent properties of our products and any water produced from our machines.

Our Strong Acidic Water – pH 2.5 does have disinfecting properties. However, it has NOT been tested against Coronavirus and our Strong Acidic Water – pH 2.5 does not work exactly like a hand sanitizer gel.

Hand sanitizer gel is a liquid or gel generally used to decrease infectious agents on the hands. It is an alcohol-based formulation that contains at least 60% alcohol.

Any sales of Kangen Water and any water produced by our machines are also prohibited.

Above actions are against Enagic’s Policies and procedures and also considered as an infringement to the following:

• Section 15, 16 & 17 of the Food Act 1983;
• Section 360A & 360B of the Food Regulation 1985; and
• Section 3(1) and 4B of the Medicine (Advertisement & Sale) Act 1956.
