Commission Policy & Refund Policy

Hi Valued Distributors,

Please be informed that Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has introduced the following policies and such policies shall be incorporated into the agreement effective today (March 9th, 2018):

Commission Policy:

All commissions towards both direct sponsor and upline(s) will be released according to the Commission Charts not more than ten (10) working days from the date of purchase once the completed application has been received, registered and the machine has been collected and/or released.

Refund Policy:

After the required ten (10) working day Cooling-Off Period, Enagic shall refund not more than ninety-five percent (95%) of the value of the machine purchased (subject to conditions) if the machine is returned within a hundred eighty (180) days from the date of purchase. The machine must be returned in a resalable condition and the purchaser must have notified Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd of the cancellation request within the same period.
