Schedule for Terms of Participation
1. Organizer:
Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (971103-W) (AJL931978) [“Organizer”]
2. Promotion:
Christmas Gift Set [“Promotion”]
3.Promotion Period:
Promotion starts at 12:00 midnight on 01/11/2019 and close at 11:59 night on 31/12/2019.
4. Eligibility:
Promotion is open to all first 200 purchasers (while stock last).
5.Methods of Participation:
- Each purchaser is be eligible to participate for the Promotion. Please specify accordingly under ‘Anything Else Section’ of the Supply Order Form [“Form”] to participate for the Promotion.
- Each Form submitted must be complete with required particulars and must be accompanied by appropriate incidental documents. Incomplete, unreadable, and inaccurate forms will be cancelled.
6. Closing Date of Entry:
All Forms must be accepted by the Organizer and membership’s registration must be completed at or before 11:59 pm on 31/12/2019. All orders accepted outside of the Promotion Period or failure by the Organizer to complete the purchase for the following factors will be considered automatically cancelled.
- Delay in receiving cash checks;
- Invalid check;
- Payment confirmation delay – direct payment (online banking); and/ or
- Etcetera.
7. Methods of Redemption:
- All buyers can redeem Christmas Gift Set; one (1) unit of Enagic® Company Profile, Nano Face Mist, Handy Spray – Black, Water Bottle – 1L (US) and Ohshiro Success Story [“Christmas Gift Set”] at the time of purchases is complete.
- Each purchase entitles you to redeem only one (1) Christmas Gift Set.
- Christmas Gift Set redemption will be made immediately upon completion of the purchase; self-collection or delivery from the Organizer.
- Delivery of the Christmas Gift Set is only based on the shipping information stated on the Form. If no shipping information is provided, the Organizer reserves the rights to make the delivery without delay based on your residential address.
- No Shipping charges will be incurred to the purchase of the Christmas Gift Set.
- Exclusive Shipping charges will only be charged are as follows should one order exceed twenty (20) units.}
8.Premium:
- Each redeemer must ensure that the redeemed Christmas Gift Set is in good standing at the time of redemption. All redeemable Christmas Gift Set at Enagic (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd will not be replaced after the redemption has been completed. Any exchange of Christmas Gift Set made for shipment must be made within five (5) business days after receiving approval from the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to replace the Christmas Gift Set with another Christmas Gift Set, at any time without prior notice. All Christmas Gift Set are provided in “current condition” and cannot be exchanged for credit or other goods.
9. Additional Terms:
All Participants must comply with the terms and conditions of the Organizer and/or providing Christmas Gift Set and the terms and conditions applicable to the Christmas Gift Set, if any.
This Schedule for Terms of Participation must be read in full and can be found at https://www.enagic-my.com, collectively called the “Terms and Conditions”, which will be binding on all participants in this Promotion (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”, “You”, “Buyers”).
